Grand Theft Auto V\mods\x64v.rpf\models\cdimages\streamedpeds_mp.rpf\mp_m_freemode_01
If there's already a model using the same slot, simply rename teef_013_u to an unused number.

FiveM:
Rename the files as needed.
Drop them into your FiveM resource’s stream folder.
