Better Bullet impacts is a mod for GTA V which adds blood spraying effects when you shoot a pedestrian, higher caliber weapons will spray more blood and when you hit a fatal shot (usually shots to the head and neck) blood spray will be even bigger.
Changelogs for 1.2:
Much better blood spilling effects.
New blood effects for powerful weapons.
How to install:
Get GTAVTools from https://github.com/sparklingspacess/GTAVTools/releases/tag/main4
Make sure you have ScriptHookV and ScriptHookV .NET installed into your game.
Drag GTAVTools.dll and GTAVMemScanner.dll into your "scripts" folder in the game directory, if you do not have one create it.
Download this mod.
Extract the zip into wherever (desktop is recommended) and drag BetterBulletImpacts.dll from the zip to your "scripts" folder.

Could you create a blood spilling script, like how improvements in gore did it?
@Ty6377 i could make it so that powerful weapons do that for this mod (there will be a config to add or remove weapons that are considered powerful)

@sparklingspacess hey can you make a version that removes the original splatter effects? i think its more realistic that way
Found a bug where if you shoot a ped in a vehicle then the vehicle will start spraying blood everywhere not the actual ped.

@sparklingspacess Hey there! This mod looks amazing and something I wanted for a long time, but I'm getting this error and it won't work (even though I have the requirements and the latest ScriptHook nightly).
Any ideas?

is there a way to disable thermal vision? i think it's gtavtools.dll and gtavmemscanner.dll that does this
@debef45555 this mod doesnt give you thermal vision and i dont have anything related to thermal vision in the gtavtools code
