provided as Addon, and as a Replace file only.
ADDON: Go to Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks and create a folder named 'ElantraN24' then drag drop the dlc.rpf from archive to the new folder.
Now navigate to Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\update.rpf\common\data and open dlclist.xml file, pasting in as a final entry >>> dlcpacks:/ElantraN24 /
If you wish to use as a vehicle replacement, be sure to move both patchday26ng and mptuner to mod folder, and drag drop the vehicle files from archive to both of these to avoid flickering textures or other bug with spawning.

- Replace method will NOT support any of the origin vehicle tuner parts as the Elantra has none.
Until more development on "Enhanced V" is proven, or OpenIV support is added, please feel free to Gen9 convert how you wish, as i am having issues understanding changes and making vehicles support the newer platform myself at the moment and need to study further.
