I'm glad you were able to determine your cause of issue, & even more delighted that you provided some suggestions to add in for future updates. As I don't always have the time to test out every square inch of the aerial behaviors these crafts do, I often just hope the native task functions I include for all pilots, will somehow be the answer to delivering my desired performance. Nonetheless, definitely will look into adding a more robust means for pilots to select different onboard weapons & not rely solely on one. Please do keep in mind, you are capable of using any custom dlc aircraft jetfighters of your choice, & not solely native aircrafts from the game, & moreover can also accomodate different aerial combat behaviours.

I'm also hoping to introduce by years end, Flare counter-measures & possibly aerial counter-manuevers against missiles/rockets while in aerial combat for the ai pilots.

@Lisztdreams I believe this issue may relate either to the ped your using, like is it a custom dlc ped?

Or the vehicle meta info may need some tweeking, as its possibly not being recognized as a military plane or something. The other factor could be related to your relationshipgroup, were you using any other type of mod, that could assign different relationships to you or any allies you're using?

@ell22337 I'll put out an update for that minor fix in the near future, after I complete work on 'Navy Fleet Command Intercept' mod (hopefully by the summertime).

In the meantime, you can still get by it most of the time, simply by making sure your ped or bike vehicle models are correctly spelled & properly entered in the ini settings file, then restart the game & the error should go away.
